Can you make customer support fun and beautiful?
If you're doing things right, your business has customers and your interactions with these customers are paramount to its success. This is never more true than when a customer is having trouble and needs the assistance of your support staff. With that in mind Amy Hoy & Thomas Fuchs set out to make it simple, fun, and beautiful to provide the level of support your customers expect.
Using their vast experience as cutting-edge web application and interface designers, Thomas Fuchs and Amy Hoy decided to take the pain out of the process inflicted on businesses by poorly designed support software. From that starting point, Charm was born and Qurve was hired to help get the product ready for prime time and up to the high standards they expect.
When Qurve got involved with the Charm project the site was being alpha tested by a handful of early adopters, but a months away from being ready for public consumption. Qurve was brought on in a Ruby on Rails development role to help fix bugs, complete the necessary functionality and ensure the necessary code quality for a public launch.
Over the next few months our role expanded to include a complete rewrite of the user interface, a reimplementation of the credit card billing processor and a few more major changes.
We're very proud to have had the chance to innovate on the leading edge of technology with Amy & Thomas and we'd love to do the same with your business.
